Google says "This app hasn't been verified" — is that safe?
Yes, if it's your own TalkingSheet add-on. Click Advanced, then "Go to TalkingSheet (unsafe)"to continue. This warning is just Google being extra careful about apps that haven't gone through their public app store.
My answer says "only used the first 800 rows"
Very big sheets are capped so answers stay fast. Try narrowing your question, or select a smaller range first.
I got "You've used all your credits this month"
Each plan includes a monthly credit pool (a question costs 1, a PowerPoint report costs more) — it resets at the start of each calendar month. Upgrade for a bigger pool, or turn on Use my own API key in Settings to skip the shared pool entirely.
Can I ask questions from the web dashboard?
No — the dashboard is only for your account, billing, plan, and team. Asking questions, charts, highlighting rows, and everything else that touches your sheet happens in the Sheets add-on, using your own Google Sheets permissions.
Is my own API key safe if I use it?
Yes — it travels with each request and is used only for that request. TalkingSheet's backend never writes it to a database or logs it anywhere.
