Refund Policy

Free plan

Free costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund — cancel by simply not upgrading.

Canceling a paid plan

You can cancel Pro or Team at any time from the Billing page's customer portal. Canceling stops future billing — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you're not charged again after that.

Refunds

• We don't offer automatic prorated refunds for canceling partway through a billing period.
• If something went wrong on our end — a billing error, a duplicate charge, a plan that didn't work as described — email support@talkingsheet.app and we'll look at it. Refunds outside of that are handled case by case, not guaranteed.
• Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Polar, our payment processor.
